Q: When I try to activate the product through internet, I have received the following error.
 
"Error (41) Fail to open network connection.  "
 
I do have good internet connection
 
 
A: The EKPrint Studio license server has been updated for higher level of security. Users need to visit http://www.eukondigital.com to file a license request online.
 
You will need the MAC address of the PC where EKPrint Studio is installed for the license request.
 
To get the MAC address of the PC,
 
1) Start EKPrint Studio
2) Click on Menu->Help->MAC Address
 
The license file will be generated and emailed to you.
 
To install the license file,
 
1) Save the attached license file in the email to the PC where EKPrint Studio is installed (do not change the file name)
2) Start EKPrint Studio on the PC
3) Click on Menu->Help->Product Activation
4) Select Install License File
5) Click OK and browse to the license file you have saved on the PC.
